Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation systems for leaks, malfunctions, or inefficiencies
- Repair or replace faulty components such as valves, pipes, or sprinkler heads
- Program and adjust conventional and 2-Wire irrigation controllers for optimal watering schedules
- Perform regular maintenance to prevent system failures
- Collaborate with landscaping teams to ensure proper water coverage for plants and lawns
- Provide recommendations for system improvements or upgrades
Requirements:
- Experience in building, digging, and maintaining irrigation systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for system installations and repairs
- Mechanical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot system components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
