What youll Do :
Perform 3-way matching to process vendor billing against purchase orders (POs) and supplier returns (SRs), ensuring accurate and timely payment processing for a $100MM business.Identify discrepancies concerning AP vs PO and communicate with the field via ServiceNow ticketing system for correct resolution within our standard 2-day SLA.Analyze and resolve issues within the Accounts Payable department.Follow and maintain standard operating procedures (S.O.P.'s) for accounts payable processes and conduct data analysis to improve efficiency.Provide excellent Field Support Center customer service, addressing issues with vendors, branches, customers, and other employees in a professional and resolution-based manner.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Requirements We Look For :
Minimum of five years experience analyzing and researching credit and inventory discrepancies in an Accounts Payable department of a $100MM business.High school or equivalent (Accounting courses are a plus).Knowledge of general accounts payable processes and procedures.Process documentation (S.O.P.s) and data analysis.Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication timely and accurately.P / C literate; ability to navigate the Internet; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Pass both a background check and pre-employment drug test.Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for any company.Qualities that Stir our Souls (and make you stand out) :
