Our multi-family community, Jamestown at St. Matthews, currently has a full-time Maintenance Technician opportunity available.
As a Maintenance Technician, your goal will be to energetically and professionally complete service orders for our outstanding residents and the apartments they love. Our incredible, cutting edge, and fast-growing company allows you to build new and long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while also acting as a service team expert and valuable resource for property information. Best of all, you’ll have a chance to apply your knowledge of the trades. This is a fast-paced environment, and ideal for someone who understands plumbing, electrical, and possibly HVAC, but also someone who enjoys a professional work environment, teamwork, stability, and customer service.
