Position Summary :
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Company adheres to all federal, state and local environmental regulations by conducting environmental compliance audits, implementing programs, permitting, and remedial efforts. Associates must stay updated with current environmental laws and regulations to understand the impact to the Company's operations.
Job Duties :
- Provide continuous tracking and communication to the onsite team through all levels of the environmental compliance process for Water quality management, Air quality management, Hazardous material (HMBP), Legionella, Remediation, SPCC, mold, lead based paint, waste management and Asbestos
Implementation of Portfolio wide tracking system

Base Pay Range : $98,300.00 - $124,200.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
