Position Summary :
Responsible for leading the leasing team and executing slip leases to achieve annual business plan occupancy and revenue goals. Job duties include outside sales activities, quality prospective leads, developing sales and marketing plans, representing CRC Marinas at in events and trade shows, and tracking and reporting leasing activities.
Job Duties :
Direct Sales Activities (75%)
- Actively solicit business through external selling activities to meet individual goals

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
