Information Technology Support Analyst

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $26-34/hour benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 2 support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across accounts, devices, and enterprise applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, and Azure, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Manage endpoint devices through Intune, enforcing security policies and configurations.
• Handle ticketing requests efficiently, maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to a smooth IT support process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem resolution.

What Gets You the Job:

• 3-5 years of experience in Level 2 IT support, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
• Proficiency in Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk experience is a plus) and ability to manage high-volume support requests.
• Strong documentation skills and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring a seamless and supportive IT experience.
