Irving Knight Group is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with a leading multi-billion dollar Building Material manufacturer. We are seeking an Engineering Director to join the Senior Leadership Team at the flagship facility in Arkansas, which encompasses approximately 800,000 square feet and employs over 600 dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee three critical areas within the plant : Maintenance, Plant & Process Engineering, and the Capital Project team.
- Design and implement a robust Maintenance and Reliability plan focused on preventative and predictive maintenance, including effective inventory management and the integration of a new data-driven CMMS system.
- Review, identify, and manage the installation of capital projects across the plant, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while enhancing safety, environmental standards, and productivity.
- Engage in extensive cross-functional collaboration with safety, quality, and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and develop countermeasures to address key quality, OEE, and customer complaint issues.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of process flow charts, PFMEAs, and control plans for production.
