Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entitlements process for new land development projects.
- Prepare and submit entitlement applications, including zoning and land use approvals.
- Collaborate with city planners, engineers, and environmental consultants.
- Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and policies.
- Manage public outreach and presentations to stakeholders and local communities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals and timelines.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land entitlements, preferably in residential development.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal land use regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
