As our Marketing Launch Manager, you’ll shape how our products, services, and brand initiatives hit the market—and how internal teams get ready to sell them with confidence.

We’re currently hiring for two Marketing Launch Manager roles. One will focus on launching into our Learning market, which includes a robust dealer network—so we’re looking for someone with experience navigating channel dynamics and building dealer-ready campaigns. The other role will lead launches in our Entertainment market, where we sell direct to the customer—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility campaigns with direct market feedback.
What You’ll Do
Upfront Strategy & Positioning
- Partner early with product, sales, and leadership to shape the go-to-market plan from the ground up
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate the product and connect with key customer needs
- Identify target personas and define the value proposition across customer segments
- Craft the early promotional strategy, ensuring alignment across channels and stages of the funnel
- Lead strategic kickoff conversations to align internal stakeholders and map the customer journey from awareness to adoption
Internal Launch Execution
- Develop and deliver sales training decks, competitive strategies, launch guides, and FAQs
- Build CPQ-ready content to equip the sales team to quote and close confidently
- Lead internal enablement sessions—teaching teams how to position, pitch, and win
- Create launch toolkits that are intuitive, relevant, and always up to date
- Collaborate across marketing, product, sales, and operations to ensure launch alignment
External Market Launch
- Craft and execute full go-to-market strategies: audience, messaging, channels, and more
- Build and manage integrated campaigns across web, email, social, events, PR, and channel partners
- Shape the creative direction: write headlines, choose visuals, and craft the story customers see
- Own the launch calendar—managing timelines, milestones, and check-ins across all phases
- Stay sharp on market trends and competitive moves to keep our launches ahead of the curve
Post-Launch Optimization
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across launch touchpoints
- Collect feedback and insights from internal and external audiences
- Identify wins, gaps, and next steps to optimize future launch strategies
Pricing & Channel Strategy
- Contribute to pricing conversations with market insight and GTM thinking
- Collaborate on channel strategy, ensuring alignment and clear messaging
- Create channel communications to energize and equip our dealer/distributor network
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or brand management, with direct responsibility for launches
- Comfortable with working in both strategic and tactical capabilities - writing copy, building decks, and managing timelines
- A strategic thinker who connects business goals to marketing plans that drive growth
- A clear communicator who simplifies the complex and knows how to rally a room
- Naturally curious—you dig into data, ask bold questions, and always look ahead
- Cross-functional to your core—you thrive in collaboration and alignment
