Overview
Integrity Solutions Field Services is seeking a skilled IT Support team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in diagnosing and resolving IT issues while ensuring system reliability and security. You will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and optimizing our deployment processes. This position comes with a strong opportunity of growth in a fast-growing company. This would be an in-office role with a strong family orientated company with a great atmosphere. While this was envisioned as a full-time role, we are open to making it a part-time role depending on the candidate. Full-time benefits offered with the role if meeting full-time status
Duties
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Experience with network configuration, monitoring, and security (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN setups).
- Skilled in [specific tools, e.g., Windows Server, NAS devices, Active Directory, etc.].
- Proven ability to reduce downtime and improve system reliability through proactive maintenance.
- Expertise in laptop deployment, including imaging, configuration, and distribution for small-scale rollouts.
- Creating new employee company emails and network access
- Skilled in managing software installations, updates, and troubleshooting on Windows.
- Proven ability to streamline the deployment process, minimizing downtime and ensuring user satisfaction.
- Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills
- Prior experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with network security, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
- Able to troubleshoot system issues over the phone or Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to be a team player to achieve goals and hit project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and through other channels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
