Senior Business Analyst - Sales & Distribution

Job Summary

This role is responsible for defining, designing, governing, delivering, and supporting enterprise systems solutions that enhance the Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) processes and customer relationship management functions. With a strong emphasis on leveraging Dynamics CRM, transportation management of vendors (excluding internal fleets), and integrating sales orders and invoices onto mobile platforms, the Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.

The Senior Business Analyst will cultivate effective partnerships with stakeholders across business and IT teams, ensuring that all solutions align with company goals and exceed expectations. This role thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team, offering insights, taking on responsibilities, and championing continuous improvement in enterprise system practices.

Essential Responsibilities

Define, design, and deliver enterprise system solutions to improve SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) and CRM processes, focusing on customer service excellence.
Drive the implementation of CRM solutions leaning on Dynamics, ensuring robust integration with SAP S / 4HANA and mobile platforms for sales and invoicing.
Manage vendor transportation systems integration (TMS), ensuring alignment with business goals without involving internal fleet logistics.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze current and future needs, document requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop comprehensive business cases, functional specifications, and system documentation to support project goals.
Design and execute test plans to validate business process modifications and technical enhancements.
Maintain and update user training materials, conducting workshops and sessions to ensure adoption of best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues to ensure continuous business operations.
Champion Agile methodology to accelerate delivery timelines and refine solution quality.

Position Requirements

Experience :

Proficiency with SAP S / 4HANA, particularly in Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution, and Electronic Data Interchange.

Practical experience in Dynamics CRM, focusing on customer-oriented solutions.

Expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) integrated with SAP S / 4HANA.

Demonstrated success in delivering agile projects in dynamic, high-paced environments.

Familiarity with industrial manufacturing or process industries.

Skills :

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment in decision-making.

Ability to document, distinguish, and design solutions for complex business needs and processes.

Proficient in creating scalable solutions with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.

Education and Certifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Certifications in SAP competencies and / or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred.
