Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities:

• Senior Business Analyst will engage heavily with business stakeholders in the first 30-90 days to understand new business processes due to the migration
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis of the AWS migration, working closely with the Digital Transformation (DT) team
• Serve as a liaison between business users and the technical team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, document processes, and ensure smooth transition to the new cloud platform
• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide insights on business process redesign as part of the product implementation
• Support ongoing AWS migration analysis and provide recommendations for optimization
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of true enterprise Business Analyst experience
• 2 years of hands-on experience supporting AWS migration projects
• Experience in business process redesign and ability to work with end users to define new workflows
• Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and AWS environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is a plus, but not required
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working on large-scale cloud migration projects
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and cloud vendor solutions
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-visibility project environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
