Job Description:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial Administrator for their Rochester, NY location. This position is designed to support commercial technicians and clients through various administrative tasks, as well as supporting their peers within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Answer commercial questions and assisting the contact center with booking service calls and scheduling service work orders from emails and portal clients
- Provide customer support/answering questions
- Provide administrative support to field technicians and sales staff
- Assist with account management, retention, and updating client records
- Responsible for proactively scheduling maintenance visits with customers and technicians
- Analyze and manage the maintenance schedule, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure all expected work from the previous day is completed, follow up and address discrepancies as needed
- Assist with the administration of new maintenance agreements and renewals
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned by your manager(s)
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of HVAC and/or Plumbing industry preferred
- Service Titan experience preferred
- 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred

The starting base range for this position is $21 to $26 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
