Role Description :
As a Creative Director & Graphic Designer you will work full-time onsite with us in Manhattan. You will be responsible for providing creative direction to a team of 5 designers and designing product in multiple home decor categories. Important skills & responsibilities include :
- an ability to spot trends
- Managing a design team
- an understanding of our consumer demographics and customer base including off-price, specialty, home and mass chains
- a creative mind for new product format development
- Strong design skills and conceptual thinking
- Market research through regular visits to our customers' stores
- Creating vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to customers
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.
