Maintenance Technician

Isaac’s Craft Kitchen and Brewery is hiring a part-time

maintenance technician because its current technician is retiring after

over 15 years with the company.    Most work is in the

early morning before the restaurants and breweries

open.    We would schedule some on-call periods that would

be scheduled together.    Isaacs can supply a maintenance

van and phone.   This position primarily service restaurants in

Harrisburg to Reading Corridor but will be back up in Lancaster and York

counties.

The technician will conduct preventative maintenance on

restaurant equipment and do minor repairs to all facets of the facility.

This position can become full-time if the applicant wants to do this and has

experience in multiple trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, electric, plumbing

etc).  This is a great work environment,

that requires a self-driven individual who can work independently.  Come Grow with Isaac’s.  The position starts at 20 an hour but more

can be offered pending experience.

REPORTS TO :

POSITION SUMMARY :             This

position provides facility and equipment maintenance to restaurants.  The

position also helps with renovation work,  HVAC maintenance, electrical,

plumbing, and work pertaining to several trades.

JOB OBJECTIVES :

1.   Maintain Restaurant and Brewery Equipment

Conduct Routine preventative maintenance on equipment.

Make equipment repairs and install new equipment when

needed in a timely manner.

2.  Renovate and maintain facilities.

Help with facility repairs and renovation.   This

can include but is not limited to some drywall, paint, masonry, flooring,

electrical, plumbing skills, doors, windows, carpentry.

3.  Other Duties

Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner when on-call.

Establish a good working relationship with General Managers

and staff.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

Education :       Must

be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the

work location and guests.

Experience :      Must

have a working knowledge of tools.  Must be customer-sensitive and be able

to work with others.

Physical :           Heavy

lifting is a requirement of this job.  Must be able to speak clearly and

listen attentively to others, work on ladders, roof-tops and on the floor.

Other :

Must have slip resistant

shoes and a valid Driver’s license.
