We seek a highly motivated, experienced Intake Specialist Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Isaacs & Isaacs.
As a team leader, you will guide individuals toward achieving company goals and promoting a positive team culture. You will cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and communication while equipping team members with the necessary tools for success. You’ll also strategize and implement initiatives to enhance team performance, productivity and quality of work in the company. This role will assist in the managing of our Intake Specialist and report to the Call Center Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in call center operations, leadership skills, and the ability to provide excellent client service while ensuring that Intake Specialist meet their performance goals and maintain a high level of professionalism.
As an Intake Specialist Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and supporting a team of Intake Specialist who are the first point of contact for potential clients. You will ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, drive performance, and provide exceptional service that aligns with the firm’s commitment to client care and legal excellence.

- Set the tone for the team and create a positive and productive work environment.
- Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.
- Identify and leverage team members’ strengths and suggest scope for improvement.
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Intake Specialist.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure specialists are consistently meeting or exceeding quality and performance standards.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with Intake Specialists.
- Monitor and support team members’ daily activities to ensure efficient call handling and client intake process.
- Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision.
- Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and actively resolve any concerns.
- Recognize and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development.
- Support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
- Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Minimum of (2) two years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Experience in using CRM software.
- A passion for mentoring and empowering others to excel in their roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and leadership.
- Strong Organizational skills helpful in leading Intake team members.
- Preference for bilingual speaking candidates in English/Spanish if also meet all other requirements
