Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be proficient in various construction techniques. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of concrete surfaces, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
*Valid Driver's License is required*
** Clean driving record for the last 3 years required **
· Flatwork is a high-demand skill.
· You will be on your feet and moving quite a bit every day.
· You will be working 8-10 hours a day for 3-6 days per week. This depends on the season and job demand.
· You do get breaks: 2- 15-minute breaks and 1- 30-minute lunchbreak.

Responsibilities
· Grading the area to prepare for setting the forms.
· Setting the forms.
· Pour concrete into the forms.
o Spread, level, and smooth the concrete.
· Finishing concrete as instructed.
· Cure and seal as needed.
· Assist Finishers
· Place concrete by various means:
o Wheelbarrow
o Drag with a rake
· Set forms
· Grade slabs
· Get tools ready for placement, wash, put them away
· Drill/saw concrete
· Take out concrete load
· Stock trucks and trailers with supplies needed daily
· Must be able to lift and move 80 pounds.
Qualifications
· Willingness to learn every day.
· Ability to work with a team.
· Must be familiar with these machines and equipment:
o Skid loader
o Hammer
o Shovel
o Power trowel
o Hand trowel
· Must be willing to work in extreme heat and extreme cold.
Job Type: Full-time
