We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join our East Hampton boutique for the Summer 2025 season (April–August & May–August). This position is temporary but integral in delivering exceptional client service during our busiest season.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth, offering personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
• Maintain brand standards in client experience, presentation, and service, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
• Drive sales and contribute to boutique success, actively supporting monthly sales goals.
• Develop client relationships and build a loyal client base through clienteling and follow-ups.
• Support visual merchandising efforts in alignment with Isabel Marant’s aesthetic and store guidelines.
• Assist with daily operations, including back-of-house responsibilities, stock management, and store maintenance.

Requirements:

• 1 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, designer, or contemporary fashion.
• Strong ability to deliver high-end customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced seasonal retail environment.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and storytelling—you naturally embody the Isabel Marant spirit!
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required during peak season.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
• Commission incentives based on individual and store performance.
