Position Summary
The Creative Director will play a crucial role in shaping and driving Isagenix’s creative vision, with a strong focus on digital storytelling and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. This role will translate marketing objectives into compelling, creative strategies that engage and inspire audiences across all digital platforms. The Creative Director will harness the power of multimedia and digital marketing to elevate the Isagenix brand, creating dynamic, relevant content that resonates with Associates, customers, employees, and partners alike. This role will oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all channels while pushing boundaries with fresh ideas and approaches. With a forward-thinking mindset, the Creative Director will guide the team to deliver impactful campaigns that amplify the Isagenix message in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Work Schedule: This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Develop and lead creative strategies that align with business goals and drive brand growth.
- Facilitate creative meetings, ensuring effective strategy development and execution of all creative initiatives.
- Oversee the development and consistency of the Isagenix brand across digital and traditional channels.
- Design and implement integrated marketing plans that support global business objectives.
- Lead the creative strategy for compelling marketing materials, including social media campaigns and advertising, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Drive strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, and creative brief creation to inspire fresh, innovative ideas.
- Direct creative execution, managing projects from concept to completion while maintaining the highest standards.
- Lead, mentor, and empower creative teams through coaching, development, and inspirational leadership.
- Ensure resource allocation, both financial and personnel, for successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create marketing materials that increase brand exposure and engagement.
- Partner with design teams to ensure that creative concepts are executed effectively across platforms.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 10 years of experience in a creative marketing role, with a progressive career trajectory.
- 5 years of management experience leading creative teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing, multimedia storytelling, social media campaigns, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Expertise in creative direction and execution across digital platforms and traditional media.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, branding, content creation, and current marketing trends, with the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience working in high-growth organizations known for innovation and quality, with products sold through multiple or alternate distribution channels.
- Proven experience in network marketing or consumer packaged goods companies, with a focus on marketing leadership.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
