Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid KY driver’s license
- Clean driving record required for at least 3 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Provide care for residents in Isaiah House After Care homes
- Provide medications to residents to self-administer when needed
- Complete weekly walkthroughs of property
- Facilitate weekly house meetings with residents
- Work with residents and staff to make sure residents are compliant with individualized treatment plans and aftercare housing contracts
- Administer UDS weekly to all residents of the home/community
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
