POSITION TITLE : Recovery Housing Associate
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR : After Care Manager
FLSA STATUS : Hourly, nonexempt
SCHEDULE : Weekdays - First Shift
POSITION SUMMARY : Assist residents in recovery by providing accountability, housing supervision, and maintenance in a sober living recovery community / housing setting.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Valid KY driver's license
- Clean driving record, preferred
- High school diploma or GED
SKILL SETS :
Flexible, able to coach, multi-tasker, approachable, positive, supportive, problem solving, conflict resolution skills.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :
Walking upstairs, lifting, squatting, checking outdoors of the facilities.
