The Position:
We are looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Craft Labor Recruiter with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC’s culture of integrity.
Applicants should have the ability to:
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine best recruiting practices to attract the most highly qualified candidates;
- Research, source (using cold calls, referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
- Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
- Will be responsible for staffing related metrics which are reviewed per business line
- Recruit, screen and interview craft candidates.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Performs other administrative functions as assigned
- Promotes teamwork; coaches and guides others
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Craft positions, preferably, Electrical, experience and/or degree preferred.
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with understanding of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typically has 5 years’ experience with Industrial Construction and/or Maintenance background
