Work Schedule : Monday – Friday (Hybrid / Flexible schedule to work remotely in the office and from home)
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work with hiring managers to identify the best talent for our team.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that showcase our amazing company culture and attract top candidates.
- Be a talent scout and identify the best candidates for our team.
- Connect with candidates in-person or virtually and help them discover their dream job.
- Share the good news with new hires by sharing offer details
- Keep track of the entire recruitment process through our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System
