SUMMARY
Maintain procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and create quality and safety documentation. Responsible for identifying technical issues and getting to the root of the problem. Proactively recommend solutions thatll improve product durability and overall performance. Deep understanding of complex customer requirements and ability to translate those into production processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors, maintains and ensures ISCs compliance with AS9100 quality standards.
Recommended to have certifications for IPC-610 / 620, J-STD, NASA, QMS, OCI.
Ability to train all ISC personnel to quality standards.
Conducts Containment, Quality Alerts, CAR / SCAR investigations.
Review, verify and validate documentation meets standards. This includes router, travelers, CAPIs, bill of materials, manufacturing instructions, molding parameters set up sheets, electrical inspection test reports, color code charts and other documents as required.
Evaluates quality documentation and processes for improvement opportunities.
Analysis and communication of defects found during inspection or MRB activity as an acting MRB Designee.
Manage NCMRs activity including the completion.
Maintain safe working environment and report any potential hazards.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Understanding and knowledge of the AS9100 / ISO9001 quality system.
Working understanding of Calibration & Preventive Maintenance
Working understanding of Microsoft Office & KPI Metrics
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of IPC standards.
Passing all internal audits and ISC training programs
Maintain work area clean and organized (FOD free).
Punctual attendance, general work schedule breaks and lunch.
Abide by ISC policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 4 years college setting or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an AS9100 or ISO9001 QMS compliant quality department.

Ability to sit and work for prolonged periods of time without limitations.
Ability to stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time and mobility to get around facility without limitations.
