Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing various HR functions to support the organization's mission, goals, and objectives. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to senior management and plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Manage and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Implement policies and practices to enhance communication and morale.
- Develop and administer performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Manage performance improvement plans and succession planning.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Conduct salary analysis and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
