We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Rogers, AR. As an ISG Employee Owner, you will work collaboratively with fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions.
This role offers opportunities to learn, strengthen project management skills, lead project efforts, and mentor team members. You will participate in Project Management activities throughout the ISG footprint, including occasional travel (1-2 days per month).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Delivery Team through multiple projects, implementing client visions in partnership with others.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and Delivery Team staffing plans, working with Project Leaders.
- Collaborate with internal quality assurance team members and follow quality control processes.
Requirements
- Able to empathetically connect with clients and internal team members.
- Effective leadership skills, including staff development and mentoring of Delivery Team members.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam is beneficial but not required.
