In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing top-tier IT staffing and technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology and IT staffing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored IT staffing solutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of IT talent and solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to better serve clients.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, managing a pipeline of opportunities effectively.
- Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and networking events to build a strong client portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in IT staffing sales, technology sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies in demand.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS models, direct client engagement, and contract staffing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
