Responsibilities :
The Network and Computer Systems Administrator will be in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Command in Panama City and will install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, maintain, and replace or remove hardware and software components comprising the NSWC PC RDT&E network, government servers connected to the NMCI / NGEN network, and other systems to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Perform and support installs, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting on workstations, servers, network, and virtualized infrastructure to include VMWare, Cisco, Windows,
Linux, and other approved operating systems, applications, and software. The Contractor shall perform the addition, relocation, or removal of applications.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree preferably in STEM from an accredited institution preferred.
Experience and Requirements :
Certification : IAT Level III Certification required such as : Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation or a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Leadership Certificate (GSLC).
Security Clearance : Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
