Facility Manager

ISI® Elite Training is an emerging fitness franchise concept currently open, developing, and franchising nationally. Our vision over the next 5 years is to have 400 locations in 40 states with over 80,000 members. ISI® Elite Training - (Your Location) is currently seeking a high performing Facility Manager (FM) to be a leader for our location in (Your Location). The Facility Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards, and drive facility membership growth goals.

• Work collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency

• Hold all team members accountable to ISI® Elite Training brand standards

• Maintain a safe, fun, and clean facility

• Execution and management of the ISI® sales process

• Ensuring the proper onboarding of all new ISI® members

• Responsible for making sure your facility has an elite and consistent member experience

• Manage and participate in events including marketing events TEMPLATE We do not participate in or oversee your human resources activities, including hiring and managing employees. • Motivate Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility

• Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members

• Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and the management of all facility staff

• Plan and execute the studio’s daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals

• Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis. At ISI® Elite Training, you will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility, and build relationships with members and the community in order to help maintain and build a strong member base. You will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent. What we look for (requirements) in a Facility Manager:

• Have a Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills

• Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action

• Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first class member experience

• A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a sales quota environment or as a manager of fitness facility

• Interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business

• Can perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals

• Have the flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
