- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information in the system
- Assist with night audit procedures if required
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong hospitality and guest services orientation
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Bilingual skills are a plus
