Position Description: Maximizes the departments ability to operate successfully by handling daily administrative activities including communication, managing office supplies and equipment, and general office support. Position Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the Industrial Services department, including project managers and field staff Main point of contact between Industrial Services and other departments Field calls from department personnel Assist with timekeeping, invoicing and other basic accounting or HR tasks Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Fill copier paper trays daily and as needed Maintain office machinery including copy machines Troubleshoot problems on office machinery Maintain office supplies inventory Track and order office and field supplies as needed Maintain daily housekeeping of common areas (i.e. conference rooms, kitchen, etc.) and ensure they are clean, organized, and presentable Provide additional support as needed Making phone calls for office repairs and vehicle maintenance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Skills -
