Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide the ultimate guest experience!
- Greet all incoming guests, answer phones.
- Check in and out guests.
- Book and manage spa appointments for various treatments.
- Guests are usually people with sore muscles or those looking to simply relax and unwind.
- Run and work a POS system.
- Assist with Laundry
- Help Maintain overall Spa Cleanliness
- Team Player
- Weekend availability
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a full service luxury resort spa preferred.
- Experience regarding appointment schedules and maintaining a clean environment.
- Applicants must be diligent and able to lift up to 50lbs.
