This position sits within the IRUSA headquarters Resettlement team and focuses exclusively on supporting the State Department-funded Reception and Placement (R&P) Program. The role will coordinate database management, ensure data integrity, monitor compliance, and produce program outcomes reporting for the IRUSA USRAP Team. By leveraging advanced data analysis techniques and designing custom dashboards, the incumbent will facilitate proactive, data-informed decision-making to drive program improvements. As the primary technical lead for the organizations case management systems, including IRIS and ETO, the role ensures efficient system implementation, administration, and optimization to meet reporting and compliance requirements. The position reports to the National R&P Program Manager. This position also collaborates with colleagues and partners to ensure data-driven insights support program performance and strategic objectives

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee data quality assurance (DQA) and ensure compliance with programmatic standards.
- Manage and maintain the IRIS and ETO databases, ensuring accuracy and security of beneficiary data.
- Perform advanced statistical and data analysis to identify trends, program outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom Python scripts.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual program Mandatory reports for stakeholders.
- Provide training and technical assistance to IRUSA staff and affiliates on using case management systems (IRIS, ETO).
- Act as the main point of contact for system access and troubleshooting across the affiliate network.
- Optimize processes and workflows within case management systems to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with field offices to identify data needs and support custom reporting requirements.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on data visualization, reporting, and system usage.
- Provide technical leadership to enhance reporting.
- Identify and implement innovative data science solutions, such as predictive analytics to improve program performance.
- Assist with proposal development and submission, ensuring data-driven approaches are incorporated.
- Support with ad hoc tasks, including preparing presentations and conducting internal evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
- Experience in nonprofit, social services programs, or immigration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong database management skills.
- Experience with ETL processes, DQA operations, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of case management systems, particularly IRIS and ETO, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
