Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized Community Compliance Administrator to join our team in Palm Beach. This is an in-office position requiring a candidate who is comfortable spending the majority of their workday watching property inspection videos, documenting issues, issuing violations, and coordinating with vendors and residents to uphold our community standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and review property inspection videos throughout the workday to identify potential violations or maintenance issues.
- Issue violation notices to residents in accordance with community rules and regulations, conditions, and restrictions.
- Maintain accurate records of violations, inspections, and all related correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate professionally with residents regarding compliance concerns and community standards.
- Support the Island Communities management team with administrative tasks related to compliance and property standards.
Qualifications
- Background in compliance and/or property management is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in an office environment for extended periods, with a primary focus on video review.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
