Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mobile home sales agent to join our team. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving occupancy growth in your assigned region. This role requires strong sales skills, regular/daily travel in your region, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Conduct marketing activities and maintain digital marketing for online home listings
- Manage incoming lead flow, follow-up, and appointment-setting as well as conduct onsite property showings
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with Regional Property Managers to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufactured home/RV sales space or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and market analysis principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Copywriting skills for creating compelling sales materials
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, MHVillage, Craigslist and social media marketing
- Ability to travel within the assigned region daily
