We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in dermatology to join our growing practice. Our team is passionate about skin health, patient education, and delivering exceptional outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Medical Spa
- Administer laser treatments, microneedling, and injectables (toxins and fillers)
- Review patient records, ensure all forms are signed, and document visits accurately
- Educate clients on aesthetic services, including risks, benefits, and pre/post care instructions
- Develop personalized treatment plans while delivering excellent customer care
- Conduct comprehensive dermatologic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage common skin disorders such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin infections
- Perform procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions
- Provide patient education on skin care, treatments, and follow-up plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Stay updated on dermatologic trends and treatment guidelines
- Supervise medical assistants and ensure a clean office environment
- Maintain licensure through ongoing education and follow medical regulations
- Follow all policies, sterile techniques, OSHA regulations, and HIPAA protocols
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited ARNP program
- Passed State Boards and hold a valid Hawaii NP license
- 1 year of experience in dermatology and/or cosmetic dermatology
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Capable of managing a daily clinical caseload of 20–30 patients
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent patient care skills
