As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team by providing support to our medical staff and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include clinical and administrative tasks, always performed with a smile and a caring attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures.
Record patient information, vital signs, and medical histories.
Prepare examination rooms and ensure a clean and organized environment.
Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection.
Manage patient appointments, phone calls, and follow-up communications.
Educate patients on health management via healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications:
Must hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited school; State certification preferred.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
