Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to lift, carry or push items from 0-50lbs. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Can multitask and work under pressure Preferred: Previous merchandising/stocking or working in retail customer service experience environment Essential Job Functions: Provides top quality customer service to every customer. Perform daily station cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment. Maintains inventory as required. Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom throughout the day Maintain cleanliness in the storeroom, especially when working with food products Maintain expiration dates, Properly remove expired product from inventory Removal of damaged product from the sales floor. Notify management of out-of-stock items Receive and store incoming products in a timely manner Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly Ensure accurate product counts Update product pricing labels as directed by your supervisor Monitor operation of equipment and notify Supervisor when malfunctions occur. Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store Complete other tasks as assigned by management. Compensation: Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
