Previous merchandising/stocking or working in retail customer service experience environment
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides top quality customer service to every customer.
- Perform daily station cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Maintains inventory as required.
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness in the storeroom, especially when working with food products
- Maintain expiration dates, Properly remove expired product from inventory
- Removal of damaged product from the sales floor.
- Notify management of out-of-stock items
- Receive and store incoming products in a timely manner
- Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly
- Ensure accurate product counts
- Update product pricing labels as directed by your supervisor
- Monitor operation of equipment and notify Supervisor when malfunctions occur.
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
