Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations by providing administrative support and ensuring that clerical tasks are completed accurately and on time. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work some weekends and holidays. Hours will vary from 7:30am to 6:30pm.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Answer phones, make/cancel/reschedule reservations, responding to emails in a timely fashion, printing/copying, posting to and answering facebook posts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in computer applications
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
