The Role We're Seeking
We need a highly experienced Chemical Engineer to lead our Special Synthesis team in developing and scaling up new products. This individual will be responsible for designing and assembling reactor systems, overseeing equipment procurement, and developing pilot-scale production processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and install reactor systems, heaters, and piping for chemical reactions.
- Manage the procurement and installation of synthesis equipment.
- Develop and implement pilot-scale production processes.
- Source raw materials and precursors for synthesis.
- Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to establish SOPs and safety guidelines.
