Experience: Some experience preferred within the theme park, entertainment, or hospitality industry. This is an entry level position with training provided.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordination: Work with Island H2O team to develop and plan group events, including youth visits, corporate events, catered events and consumer events. Communicate with park departments to make all necessary arrangements
- Guest Relations: Meet guests day of visit and help facilitate guest experience. From getting guests into park to ensuring timely food delivery, all aspects should be a premium experience. Build good customer relationships by communicating with them frequently and in a professional manner.
- Follow Up: Post event, send event evaluation to ensure exceeding client expectations. Report on event ratings weekly to management.
- Park Booking Systems: Input all necessary details into park systems to ensure accurate client bookings. Report on business weekly to manage park expectations.
- Account Service and Management: Maintains an accurate, organized, and up-to-date file management system to efficiently service client and park. Follows-up on all customer needs and inquiries in an efficient and expedient manner.
- Self: Ensure professional development to enhance work knowledge, skills, and abilities. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, expectations, and requirements.
- Administrative: Handle incoming inquiries including answering phone and email inquiries.
- Content Creation: Assist the marketing team with content creation such as filming social videos, taking photos for social, assisting with digital creation & more.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned and needed to support the sales and marketing team.

- Computer skills and knowledge of business-related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point a plus.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, alcohol, and social security background check.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time. (Operation Hours)
