We’re seeking a Fractional HR Recruiter who has a deep understanding of the Private Service Industry and is familiar with sourcing candidates in Southeast Florida. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and engage candidates for roles such as Property Managers, Property Caretakers, and those aspiring to grow into Home or Estate Manager positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize your expertise to identify qualified candidates for luxury property management roles, focusing on high-caliber talent with experience in private service or hospitality.
- Local Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Palm Beach and Martin County areas to source candidates with local connections and understanding of the market.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Pre-screen candidates, ensuring alignment with the company's culture and requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market trends.
