We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our dynamic team .. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bread baking and a keen eye for detail.
- Operate a commercial kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of food safety and handling.
- Use a variety of cooking tools, including knives, to prepare ingredients for baking.
- Proven experience with food safety and handling procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and pastry equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Valid food handling certification, or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
- Experience with bread baking.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Experience working commercial kitchen.
- Certification in food handling and safety.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
