Grad Photo Identification Associate - SUMMER 2025

We are looking for a detail-oriented, problem-solving individual to join our team as a Grad Photo Identification Associate. This challenging and fun role is far from an ordinary office job! Our casual, engaging office environment offers valuable experience without customer interaction.

Job Description:

As a Grad Photo Identification Associate, you’ll ensure accurate identification of graduates after commencement ceremonies. This role is perfect for those who enjoy creative problem-solving, thrive in fast-paced environments, and prefer casual attire. The position is temporary, lasting through May and June, with an emphasis on delivering detailed work under tight deadlines. We are open 7 days a week and have openings for both day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Filter images to ensure only the best quality get marketed
• Accurately identify graduates based on available resources
• Curating PR galleries
• Address and resolve any issues related to identification discrepancies or concerns.
• Work quickly and efficiently to maintain a timely schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Availability to work during peak graduation season: beginning of May through the end of June, including weekends

Job Types: Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 per hour
