Job Overview
As the Schedule Coordinator on our Event Support Team, you’ll be an essential part of our scheduling and client communication. Working directly for our Event Coordinator you will ensure we have all the necessary details for each event. This role involves proactive communication, attention to detail, and cross-department collaboration to ensure an optimal allocation of resources while we maintain an exceptional level of service in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Assist in managing event and photographer schedules, confirming event details daily.
- Client Communication: Serve as a contact for schools and accounts.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to make sure all event logistics are in place.
- System Proficiency: Utilize Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
- Training Support: Help prepare and deliver our training and orientation program.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client facing experience and a proactive problem solving approach.
- Experience with staffing and scheduling for larger teams is a plus.
- An interest in photography is a plus.
