The primary function of the Steward Supervisor position is to assure the cleanliness and sanitation of food and beverage area and assist the assistant executive steward with all tasks and functions needed in the steward department. Maintain all kitchen equipment and environment according to health department code. Keep banquet areas clean and sanitized.
