Position: Bartender
Location: Island Wing Company - Fleming Island (Opening March 2025)
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized drink recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and tools.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional appearance.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but a passion for creating unique cocktails and a dedication to guest satisfaction are essential!
