Position: Host/Hostess
Location: Island Wing Company - Fleming Island (Opening March 2025)
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and seat our guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
· Manage reservations and efficiently coordinate seating arrangements.
· Ensure the front of house runs smoothly and guests receive excellent customer service.
· Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone and in person.
What We’re Looking For:
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
· Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but a passion for making guests feel special is essential!
