- Work with Trinet (our PEO) to assist employees with their leaves of absence, including state and federal forms/requirements.
- Work with Trinet (our PEO) on employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate performance review processes
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee development needs.
- Coordinate training programs to support employee skill development and organizational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics to track trends and develop actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR indicators for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
